Mr. Zhang Fengxue, President ofHubeiBaijierui Advanced Materials Corporation visitedWuhan Tianshu Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd to inspect the equipment On May 11, 2018. Dean ofHubei University Tianshu IRDI, Doctoral Ttutor, and General Manager of Wuhan Tianshu Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd, Prof. Tian Jian and other technical staffs accompanied the inspection.
Prof. Tian Jian introduced the R&D strength of Wuhan Tianshu Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd, and focused on the manufacture and preparation of equipment for Baijierui (Jinmen) Advanced Materials Corporation, Phase II - Transformation Roasting and Acidizing Roasting Production lines of the “Annual output of 11,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate and battery-grade lithium hydroxide project”.
Hubei University Tianshu IRDI is the designer of the “Annual output of 11 thousand tons of battery grade lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) and lithium hydroxide (LiOH)” of the II stage project in Jinmen. In view of theflotation powdery spodumene ore in the project, our institute has newly developed and applied a series of new processes and new equipment with independent intellectual property rights, including
➢ New process of crystal transformation of spodumene by differential thermal roasting.
➢ Key technology and equipment for preheating, energy storage and transformation of spodumene.
➢ Short flame differential thermal high heating-radiation burner
➢ Key technology and equipment for crystal stabilization and cooling ofβ-spodumene
➢ Key technology and equipment for high mixing acidity of ceramic atomization.
➢ Key technology and equipment of crystallization cooling stirring treatment.
➢ Key technology and equipment of acid mist treatment.
➢ Dynamic on-line dryer.
➢ Particle size cutting separator.
➢ Anti sticking hoist
➢ Uniform radiation acidification kiln.
➢ High heating transfer and rapid cooling kiln.
The above-mentioned equipments were all manufactured by Wuhan Tianshu Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd, and they have been ready for shipment.
PresidentZhang Fengxue gave a brief introduction of the progress of the project in Jingmen. It has completed the bidding for all main and auxiliary equipments recently, and the construction at the project site is about to begin. President Zhang Fengxue spoke highly of the preparation technology and the clean environment in the factory. He indicated that the relevant equipment is made of excellent quality materias. He firmly believed that the project will surely enable to realize clean production, reduce energy consumption, obtain high spodumene conversion rate, and total overall recovery of lithium by the scientific design concept, innovative preparation techniques, leading technical indicators, and patent core equipment ofHubei University Tianshu IRDI. After the project is completed, it will surely increase the economic and social benefits ofHubei Baijierui Advanced Materials Corporation.
Prof. Tian Jian stated that our institute has always insisted on independent innovation and made use of the unique research and development resources of universities to commit ourselves to adopting the latest technological routes and ingenious equipment to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Our institute will actively cooperate with Hubei Baijierui Advanced Materials Corporation and do well in design-manufacturing-installation-commissioning-quality assurance etc. We look forward that the project in Jingmen would seize market opportunities and complete the production as soon as possible.
