Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI), founded by Wuhan Tianshu Technology Development Co., LTD and Hubei University, is a Hi-tech enterprise that is specialized in building materials, resource utilization of industry waste, radiation-shielding cement and other new technologies, engineering design, general contract project, reconstruction, and commission service. We own engineering and construction design qualification and more than 30 senior technical staffs, including professors, associate professors, registered engineers and senior engineers, and have won the first prize of excellent engineering design and consultation in building materials industry for many times.

I. General Layout Design Engineer (1)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor's degree or above in general layout or related majors. 6 years or more experience in general layout of dry rotary kiln production process;

2) Male or female, under 40 years old, with intermediate titles;

3) Senior engineer or PhD degree or master's degree will be preferred.

II. Cement Process Design Engineer (3)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in cement technology, more than 5 years’ experience in dry rotary kiln production process design;

2) Male or female, under 45 years old, with intermediate titles;

3) Chief designer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree is preferred.

III. Construction Engineer (1)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field, more than 3 years’ experience in dry rotary kiln production process design;

2) Familiar with dry rotary kiln production process, have certain architectural design experience;

3) Male or female, under 40 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Registered engineer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree is preferred.

IV. Structural Engineer (3)

1) Bachelor degree or above in structural engineering, more than 5 years’ experience in structural design of dry rotary kiln production process design;

2) Proficient in dry rotary kiln production process, have certain structural engineering design experience;

3) Male or female, under 45 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Registered engineer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree will be preferred.

V. Equipment Engineer (2)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, more than 5 years’ experience in R & D and design of cement production equipment;

2) Proficient in dry rotary kiln production process, have a certain mechanical design and manufacturing experience;

3) Male or female, under 40 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Chief designer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree is preferred.

VI. Electrical Automation Engineer (2)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation, more than 5 years’ experience in electrical automation design;

2) Proficient in dry rotary kiln production process, have certain electrical automation design experience;

3) Male or female, under 45 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Registered engineer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree will be preferred.

VII. Environmental Engineering Engineer (2)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in relevant field, over 4 years’ experience in air pollution control, water pollution prevention and treatment, solid waste treatment and utilization, environmental pollution prevention and control, environmental system engineering, etc.

2) Have certain engineering design experience;

3) Male or female, under 40 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Registered engineer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree will be preferred.

VIII. Water Supply and Drainage Engineer (1)

Post qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above in water supply and drainage, more than 3 years’ experience in cement production, water supply and drainage design;

2) Familiar with dry rotary kiln production process, have certain water supply and drainage design experience;

3) Male or female, under 40 years old, with intermediate titles;

4) Registered engineer, senior engineer or PhD degree or master degree will be preferred.
