Introduction

Hubei University is a comprehensive and key university with more than 80 years history. There are 5 first level disciplines authorized to offer doctorate degrees, 42 specialties authorized to offer doctorate degrees and 3 first level disciplines postdoctoral research stations.

Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI), established by Wuhan tianshu technology development Co., Ltd and Hubei University, owning the qualification certificate of engineering design with more than 30 senior technical staffs, including professors, associate professors, national registration engineers and senior engineers etc. Through Key Laboratory of Chinese Education Ministry and four provincial key laboratories,our institute has carried out effective research work together with school-related scientific research units in many fields, such as new energy materials, industrial solid wastes, coking wastewater, radiation shielding cements, green ecological slag powder and cement, ultra-fine powder of inorganic materials, vanadium nitrogen alloy and so on.

Tianshu IRDI is a high-tech enterprise engaging in building materials and engineering design, technical consultant research of building materials, high efficient utilization of industrial solid wastes, radiation shielding cements and other new technologies, engineering design, general contract project, reconstruction, engineering installation, project management, production commissioning, technical services and technical consultation. We won the first prize of the excellent engineering design and engineering consultation in building materials industry for several times.

The institute owns many key patents and the leading edge of technologies from combining learning with research and production, such as the new dry production line of cements, the -ultra-fine slag powder production line, the cement and slag integrated grinding production line, the composite multiple radiation-shielding cement production line, and the technology of valuable elements recycle and harmlessness utilization of the tailing etc.
