At the beginning of Spring, Hubei University Tianshu IRDI was Invited to carry out optimization and improvement cooperation of new technology and equipment byShandong Ruifu LithiumCo.,Ltd. Prof. Tian Jian, Dean of Hubei University Tianshu IRDI, visitedShandong Ruifu LithiumIndustry Co., Ltd on Feb. 23, and both parties had a in-depth technical transformation demonstration work onlow productivity, high consumption and dust concentratioon, sulfide and nitride emissions, as well as other issues in the existing production line.
Shandong Ruifu Lithium Industry Co., Ltdfound that Hubei University Tianshu IRDI is the only one specialized design institute inwhole chain of lithium-based new materials through lithium industry and network platform. After years of scientific research, development and practice, and certificated Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province to found “Hubei Provincial Research and Development Center of Lithium-based Materials Preparation Technology” with Hubei University, and we have made a series of major breakthroughs. Prof. Tian and other technical personnel had a detailed talk on lithium-based new energy materials production line optimization and optimization with Mr. Li, executive vice president of Shandong Ruifu Lithium Industry Co., Ltd, vice production manager, etc. In the meeting, firstly, Prof. Tian gave a detail introduction to the innovation point of new technology, new technology, new equipment and relevant demonstration lines of lithium-based new energy materials with our independent intellectual property rights, and the economic and technical indicators. Compared with the existing production lines, our new process and new technology can realize: the heat consumption in transfer process is reduced from 1200Kcal / kg to 650Kcal / kg, the conversion rate and the acidification rate are up to 99%, the total Lithium recovery rate is up to 90%, and the magnetic material concentration is less than 15ppb, low nitrogen differential thermal roasting technology solves the nitrogen oxide emissions and other key technical indicators to achieve a breakthrough, which reaches the leading domestic. Subsequently, Mr. Li detaled introduced low productivity, high consumption and dust concentratioon, sulfide and nitride emissions, as well as other issues in the existingproduction line, and proposed the technical transformation and optimization requirements. Finally, the two sides conducted in-depth discussion on the detailed technical improvement and optimization plan and determined the overall objective of significantly improving the production capacity, energy consumption, environmental protection indicators and product quality of the production line.
After sincere and friendly consultations, both parties reached a consensus. Leaders of Shandong Ruifu Lithium Co.,Ltd gave a high recognition on our innovative process, technology and related technical services. Mr. Li said that both sides can carry out more cooperation in the future.
