Professor Tian was Invited to Introduce the General Plan of the Calcium Carbonate Industrial Tree to the Department of Industry and Informatization of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
On March 24, 2019, Professor Tian Jian of Hubei University was invited by theDepartment of Industry and Informatization of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to introduce the Multi-dimensional General Plan and Design Scheme of Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Tree. The meeting was held in the conference roomof the Department ofIndustry and Information.Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Information, Chen Kemeng, Director of the Science and Technology Branch, Ding Jianlan, Director of the Raw Materials Branch, Li Yu, Deputy Director, Pan Yan, Director of the Yulin City Industry and Information Bureau, Dang Wanjian, Secretary of the Xingye County CPC Committee, Lu Jinxue, and member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee, Propaganda Minister, Deputy County Chief, Yang Yong, Director of Economic, Trade and Science Bureau, Ling Chao attended the meeting.
Professor Tian pointed out that the high value-added step utilization of the regional advantage calcium carbonate resources in Guangxi, the multi-dimensional general planning design of the calcium carbonate industry in Xingye County, has very important signification to the strategic position of supporting the country in Guangxi, and create the local new industry and the high-end manufacturing industry, give full play to the advantages of location, resource advantage and the industrial base. On the basis of the existing calcium carbonate industrial layout in Xingye County, fully consider the bearing capacity of the resource environment and the high-quality economic development of green and ecological environment, plan and design “One tree, five parks and one forest”, to develop a growing calcium carbonate industrial tree to the emerging industry forest based on the concept of “Based on Yulin, radiating Guangxi and serving the whole country”. To set up a new model of the green ecological industry chain of calcium carbonate.
Professor Tian emphasized that the multi-dimensional general plan of calcium carbonate green industry tree mainly includes the following three aspects,
I.The efficient utilization of resources, the development of green mine mining, the promotion of innovative calcium carbonate resources all-factor development;
II.Construct the subdivision market, plan the coordinated development of the branches of the domestic industrial tree, and expand the physical space for the development of the existing parks;
III. Integrate visualization and interaction, extend the industrial chain of calcium carbonate, create innovative brand effect of the whole industry chain.
Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Information, Chen Kemeng highly agree with the innovative development model of the calcium carbonate industry and the green design idea of the industrial tree, as well as the whole chain industry tree of the calcium carbonate. He stressed that the resource of calcium carbonate, as the most important development element in the market, should effectively implement the green mine development concept of the “centralized mining and classification supply”, combine the planning with the market, fully step and utilize the full-element resources of the mine, and realize the near zero discharge, so as to stop the brutal exploitation. Carry out a pilot demonstration project in Xingye County, and than, the energy-saving mining and ecological protection and utilization of the green mine would be promoted to the Guangxi region. In addition, to speed up the policy of recruitment and wisdom, Professor Tian was invited to implement the multi-dimensional general plan design of the calcium carbonate industry tree for Xingye county and even Guangxi Autonomous Region, and to accelerate the development of high-tech and high-value-added calcium carbonate product industry to be settled in Guangxi, And guiding the local classification to promote the development of the mine resource and the step utilization.
