In order to practice the development concept of comprehensive utilization of the current and future technologies, market and resources of Southwest Cement, thetechnical innovation project of Sichuan Lishen Building Materials Group Co., Ltd is launched this year.
This project adopts the unique technologies and patent equipment of Hubei University Tianshu IRDI, including the on-line drying technology, high temperature-high humidity-dew proof and corrosion resistant dust enrichment system, high efficiency grading powder selection system, common integrated grinding equipment and other mature technologies and equipment. After thecompletion of the technical innovation project, the output range is 60 tons, while the electricity consumption is reduced by 5 degrees. Discarding the defects that the old production line can only produce cement, it can be used to produce the cement, the 100% grinding mineral powder, lithium slag powder, the silicon mud, the wet fly ash, and wet material with 15%~20% humidity, which reactivates the fixed assets with full load operation, increases the lifting capacity of the equipment, realizes the replacement of resources and the reduction of the material consumption. Till now, processengineers and civil work engineers engineering of our institute are servicing in the project site. The project would be completed at the beginning of September this year. After the completion of the technical reform, the system can realize the comprehensive utilization with high yield, high value-added resources, and high efficiency, greatly reduce the operation cost of the enterprise, and realize the clean production.
