Prof. Tian Jian was invited to give a lecture at CNBM Southwest Cement Co.,Ltd
Professor Tian Jian, Doctoral Supervisor and Dean of Tianshu IRDI was invited by CNBM (China National Building Material) Southwest Cement Co., Ltd to give a lecture on the theme of “Building a Model Industry Chain in the New Era” at the Southwestern Cement Headquarters. The main leaders of CNBM Southwest Cement Co., Ltd and the general (deputy) managers of each branch attended the technical training lecture on March 31th, 2018.
At the lecture, Professor Tian briefly introduced the basic conditions of new technologies, new processes, and new equipment developed by our institute, and thoroughly analyzed and elaborated from calcium carbonate series and lithium battery materials (Note: our institute was recognized as “Hubei Provincial Research and Development Center of Lithium-based Materials Preparation Technology ” by Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province), cement-industrial solid waste common integrated grinding process, high value utilization of industrial solid waste, radiation protection cement, noise control and treatment, application of wear-resistant alloy materials in cement and metallurgical mineral processing industries, application of new materials based on structural reorganization, etc.
The leaders ofheadquarters of CNBM Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. and its branch companies were very impressed with the patented application of on-line drying, wear-resistant bushing, cement-solid waste integrated grinding and other technologies of Hubei University Tianshu IRDI. For the actual production situation of each branch company, the headquarters of CNBM Southwest Cement Co., Ltd would strongly support them to carry out the technical transformation works of the relevant production lines in an orderly manner, and promote the application of new technologies, new processes and new equipment. At the lecture, the heads of thebranch companies put forward a series of related technical requirements for their respective practical issues, and invited Professor Tian Jian to come to the scene for guiding.
Our institute has a long-term cooperative relationship with Southwest CementCo., Ltd. In December 2017, more than a dozen mian leaders of eightbranch companies of Southwest Cement Co., Ltd arrived in Zaozhuang, Shandong to visit the Green Ecological Cement and Slag Common Integration Grinding Demonstration Production Lines and sand aggregate production lineof Quantou Cement Group and Shunxing Cement Co., Ltd designed by our institute. Shortly after the visit, our institute was invited to the Southwest Cement Guangyuan City Gaoli Cement Industrial Co., Ltd. to discuss the cement common integrated grinding reform matters.In February 2018, our institute and the Southwest Cement Weiyuan Company signed the hoisting machine renovation contract. In February 2018, our institute signed the contract of “First-line Cement Mill High-efficiency, Energy-saving, Green Integrated Grinding Technology Improvement Project” with Southwest Cement Sichuan Lisen Building Materials GroupCo., Ltd.
Through the lecture, the main leaders of Southwest Cement Co., Ltd and its branch companies have gained a deeper understanding of the related technologies, processes and equipment of our institute. Both parties hope to capture the market opportunities under the national new economic policy environment, to reach more extensive and in-depth cooperation, and help Southwest Cement achieve rapid development in transformation and upgrading in terms of optimizing the structure, increasing the driving force, boosting advantages, and supplementing short boards.
