Mr. Liu Jinbo, President of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited 16th Bureau Material Trading Co., Ltd., Mr. Li Peng, Assistant to General Manager, and Mr. Yao Renxiang, Manager of Building Materials Business Department visited Hubei University Tianshu IRDI for business negotiations on Feb. 6, 2018. Prof. Tian Jian, Dean of Tianshu IRDI, and some technicians briefly introduced the basic situation of the insittute. They detailed discussed the overall design of gravel aggregate production line from gravel aggregate material yard planning, system processing capacity calculation, the proportion and selection of the finished product particle size, raw material crushing and conveying process design, finished product screening and storage process design, sand workshop process design, equipment selection and configuration, investment estimation and technical advantages, etc.
Prof. Tian Jian pointed out that it is necessary to conduct a detailed chemical analysis on the characteristics of the raw materials and study the key indicators such as hardness, crushing ratio and abrasion resistance, and take into account the output, power consumption and maintenance costs of the system to carry out personalized design and equipment selection. At the same time we also need to combine products and market demand to optimize the adjustment of different particle size ratio of gravel aggregate finished product. Applying the dust removal equipment of our institute can make the system discharge below 10mg, the unmanned finished product warehouse combined with the financial system for better manage and reduce labor costs. Our hospital in We have designed a number of gravel aggregate production line in Shandong, Henan and Guangxi Province, and make full use of the raw materials and resources, energy saving, with leading technologies.

The total contract value of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) reached 1.65 trillion yuan, the total contract value of the 16thBureau was 106.1 billion yuan, the total contract value ofMaterial TradeCo., Ltd. Material Trade Co., Ltd has established more than 20 supporting aggregate production lines through independent and joint construction methods in China. Currently, they are going to build a sand plant in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, to meet the needs of the supporting the projects of CRCC. After a comprehensive study, the initial site was selected in Xishui County, Hubei Province. President Liu Jinbo said that Prof. Tian Jian’s explanation is very enlightening and practical. He hoped to make good use of the design experience of gravel aggregate production linesfor the 20,000 tons/d of gravel aggregate in Xishui County. At present, the material business section ofMaterial Trade Co., Ltd has been strongly supported by the headquarters ofCRCC. Taking into account the domestic market, Material Trade Co., Ltd is also actively exploring overseas markets and building a new production line for gravel aggregate overseas.
Prof. Tian Jian said that our institute is willing to reach strategic cooperation with CRCC 16th Bureau Group Material Trading Co., Ltd. with advanced technology, process and equipment, and actively respond to and participate in the project construction along the “Belt and Road” countries.
