Southwest Cement Visit the Green Ecological Cement and Slag Common Integrated Grinding Demonstration Production Lines and Aggregate Production Lines designed by Hubei University Tianshu IRDI
On December 19, 2017, Mr. Chen Jun, General Manager of Deyang Lisen Cement Co., Ltd. as well as Mr. Mi Zhi from Chuanyu Southwest led 11 principals of 8 subsidiaries of China National Building Material (CNBM) Southwest Cement, to visit the green ecological cement and slag common integrated grinding demonstration production lines and aggregate production lines designed by Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials.
The aims of this visit is to solve the problems of the high moistureof materials at the inlet of the cement mill, high power consumption of open cement mill, fineness and other related issues. The main purpose is to observe the processing method and achieves of materials at the inlet of the cement mill. To research and study the control methods of fineness and material consumption in open mill. To research and study the advanced principles of cement common integrated grinding system, including online drying, mill gradation, mill speed, noise management, drip control and so on. As well as the advanced management (technology management, production management, energy management, human resources) measures to study and reduce the costs and improve efficiency.
Prof. Tian Jianintroduced the online drying system (18% ~ 20% moisture wet material directly into the grinding system without any separate drying workshop), high efficient hierarchical powder separator, New composite wear resistant steel plate, wear bushings, low pressure loss high wear-resistant corrosion-resistant anti-condensation bag filter, bucket elevator, noise reduction materials and integrated processing methods and other patented technologies. Prof. Tian Jian explained various questions of the guests. The guests from Southwest Cement highly admired the advanced technology, equipment and process of our institute, and also admired the advanced and flexible management methods of such private enterprises such as Quantou Cement Group and Shunxing Cement Co., Ltd. There are lots of subsidiaries of Southwest Cementand they want to import the advanced management concepts. Many of their production lines and equipment have great demands for improvement, and they hope to cooperate with Hubei University Tianshu IRDI to realize energy conversation, consumption reduction, lower production costs and promote the upgrading and transformation.
