2017 10th Cement Technology Seminar Participants Visited the Demonstration Production Line in Quantou Cement Group Designed by Hubei University Tianshu IRDI
The 10th Cement Technology Seminar hosted by Cement Magazine and CNKI was held in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province from November 28 to November 30, 2017. On the 30th, more than 500 participants visited the demonstration production line in Quantou Cement Group designed by Hubei University Tianshu IRDI, the “Green Ecological Mineral Powder and Cement Common Integrated Grinding System” (Φ4.2 * 13m mill system), it can deal with industrial solid waste such as steel slag, mineral slag, fly ash and nickel-iron alloy slag etc, which have been won the high praise and appreciation of the participants by many advantages such as multi-use of the grinding system, online drying (materials with 18% ~ 20% moisture can be directly fed into the grinding system, without a separate drying workshop) , Clean and tidy, significant economic and environmental benefits, as well as the outstanding achievements in comprehensive noise control.
This is designed by Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials, and we have realized to achieve a series of technical indicators in the recent five years. There are a number of demonstration production line in China. Quantou Cement Group is an honest example to practice the green ecological development concept of President Xi Jingping. Which has shown the the strong social responsibility of Chinese private enterprises. It has set up a correct scientific development concept and a green manufacturing banner for Chinese cement enterprises. It is also a green, ecological and clean production model. As a privately owned enterprise, all of us should learn and reference its corporate culture and spirit of “No show, pragmatism and hard work”, which is worthy of being promoted. It is imperative to comprehensively promote the concept of green development of President Xi and the the Party Central Committee.
