Hubei University Tianshu IRDI was Invited to Participate in 2017 the 10th Cement Technology Exchange Meeting
In order to regulateenergy saving, cleaner production and environmental protection and speed up the transformation and upgrading of the cement industry on the basis of a pick-up in the cement market in 2017, “2017 the 10th Cement Technology Exchange Meeting”, co-sponsored by the "Cement" magazine, CNKI, Institute of Industrial and Technical Information of Building Materials, and National Building Materials Technology Library, was held on November 28th ~ 30th in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province. The conference theme is “environmental protection, energy saving, consumption reduction, and smart”, leaders and senior experts from the well-known cement manufacturers, equipment manufacturing enterprises, universities and research institutes participated in this conference.
Hubei University Tianshu IRDI was invited by the meeting, the national industrial solid waste disposal experts, doctoral tutor of Faculty of Materials Sscience and Engineering, Hubei University, Dean of Hubei University Tianshu IRDI, Prof. Tian Jian made a keynote speech of “Key Technologies of Green Eco-industrial Solid Waste and Cement Common Integrated Grinding System”.
Prof. Tian Jian briefly described the national policy guidance in cement industry, the recent development and problems need to be resolved in cement grinding process. He introduced the domestics initiative “Key Technologies of Green Eco-industrial Solid Waste and Cement Common Integrated Grinding System”, with our own intellectual property rights. The uses A series of patented technologies and equipment of us have been used in this innovative technology, such as the “Object particle properties, surface energy, mechanical energy and chemical energy optimal matching co-excitation technology”, “Online drying technology", “Key technology Heat blocking double sliding slipper mill”, “Efficient classification equipment”, “New wear-resistant materials”, “non-dew corrosion-resistant special dust collector”, “Treatment and control of run, leaking, dripping”.In addition, Prof. Tian Jian also introduced a series of research and development technologies and achievements of our institute, such as comprehensive treatment of noise pollution in cement plants. Among them, “Sound-proof and sound-absorbing material”, “Cement-covered soundproof cover”, “Pipe and fan noise reduction technology” and so on.
At present, our institute has completed the transformation of demonstration production lines in 13 enterprises in 6 provinces, including Henan, Shandong, Liaoning, Guangxi and Yunnan. The mineral powder and cement common integrated grinding demonstration line (Φ4.2x13m mill system) of Shandong Quantou Cement Group Co., Ltd is designed by our institute. The fourth-generation German CP grate cooler and a series of our new technology, new technology and new equipment were used in the production line, which has fully realized the energy saving and cleaner production, with low noise at the workshop and the environment clean and tidy. Shandong Quantou Cement Group Co., Ltd was selected as the only visit cement production enterprises by the meeting. Our institute has cooperated with more than 20 companies such as Gezhouba Group, Lotus Cement Group and Yuanli Group, etc. Meanwhile, our “Recycling and utilization of bulk industrial solid waste” was selected as advanced and applicable technologies in conservation and utilization of mineral resources, and it has instructed by leaders of Hubei Province to promote in the whole province.

The successful application of industrial production of the series of independent intellectual property rights of patented technologies and core equipment in “Key Technologies of Green Eco-industrial Solid Waste and Cement Common Integrated Grinding System” has helped the enterprises to speed up the pace of structural transformation and upgrading of them, and has provided a scientific approach to achieving “green, low carbon, recycling and development”, to promoted the forward-looking layout based on innovation-driven, intensive and efficient, environment-friendly and endogenous growth, and effective enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and the driving force for sustainable development. Under the new economic normal after the 19th congress, we can promote the enterprises to fully practice the green ecological development concept of President Xi Jinping.
