Technical Achievements of New products and Technologies in Steel Slag Processing
“The new process of high efficient extraction and harmless cleaning and disposal of valuable metals from steel slag regeneration resources” is one of the 2013 annual Hubei Province Science and Technology Support Program, led by Prof. Tian Jian and based on many previous researches and practice of the research specialist staffs, the project team of researchers, based on a large number of the research and practice, after a year of hard work, we have researched and developed lots of new technical achievements in steel slag processing, mainly including:

1)Selective recycling and reuse process of steel slag resource.
2)Multi-stage decreasing excitation technology optimal matched with the particle characteristics, surface energy, mechanical energy, chemical energy of the materials.
3)High energy level, specific surface area and activity steel slag and mineral slag powder for mixing cement and concrete.
4)Separating and sieving device of ball mill separator.
5)Hyperboloid lining board of ball mill separator.
6)Large raising angle of ball mill separator.
7)Heat blocking double slipper grinding mill.
This project has carried out lots of converting achievements in scientific research for many large enterprises in the domestic steel and cement industry currently, it has provided a new way of high efficiency, energy saving, emission reduction and synergism for the development of circular economy, which achieves efficient resource recycling and deep comprehensive utilization of steel slag.
