The Technology of “Deep Circulative Comprehensive Utilization of
Bulk Industrial Solid Waste” Is Selected as An Advanced and Applicable Technology

For further implementation of “CPC and China State Council’s Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization”, to speed up the demonstration and promotion of mature technology, promote technological innovation and efficient utilization of mineral resources, the Ministry of Land and Resources of China carried out recommendation and selection work on advanced and applicable technology (the fourth batch) of conservation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, details are shown in the documents of No.772 [2015]. The purpose is to select the leading technology, establish a benchmark and typical example to guide and promote development and application of advanced technology for the mining enterprises, improve the efficiency of utilization of mineral resources, reduce the destruction of ecological environment, promote the level of ecological civilization construction.
The successfully selected of “Deep Circulative Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste” has proven the technology is advanced, applicable, innovative, efficient, energy saving, environmentally-friendly, which has broad market application prospects and huge economic, environmental and social benefits. According to the present composition structure and physicochemical properties of bulk industrial solid waste, through multistage dry separation technology to effectively extract valuable metals. Based on the principle of the mechanical grinding work decreasing particle surface energy matched with particle properties, and the combination of physical and chemical excitation technology to realize the depth activation of the industrial solid waste powder, which can be applied to building materials, road and bridge engineering and other fields. It has realized the clean and harmless disposal and high value-added depth utilization of industrial solid waste. It can provide technical practice for recycling of bulk industrial solid waste in China. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to further implement the industrial solid wastes recycling technology, promote of industrial technological development and innovation, implement cleaner production and cycle development, and push forward the progress of resources and environmental protection in China.
The technology has been applied in more than 30 enterprises in 7 provinces in China. It has created good economic, social and environmental benefits, and has made great contributions for economical use of mine resource and protection of ecological environment. The technology has reached domestic leading level in the field of building materials industry, filled the blank of domestic high value-added utilization of industrial solid waste. It can realize high added value utilization of bulk of industrial solid wastes in China. The industrial solid waste through green ecological disposal can be applied to cement production, reduce consumption of cement clinker, save limestone mineral resources, reduce coal consumption, energy consumption and CO2 emissions, optimize the cement performance.
