The establishment of Industrial Solid Waste Specialized Committee, China Green Building Materials Industrial Alliance, and 2016 annual technology development conference of industrial solid waste was successfully held in Beijing on April 20th, 2016. Mr. Tian Jian, Dean of Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI), was employed as a member of Industrial Solid Waste Specialized Committee, China Green Building Materials Industrial Alliance.
China Green Building Materials Industrial Alliance is a first cross industry alliance focusing on green building materials in China, it aims at the promotion and application of green building materials, to follow the development rules of building materials industry and construction industry, achieve the final application as the goal, build and improve the industrial chain, strengthen the upstream and downstream interaction, break through the bottleneck of application, activate the potential market demand, foster the growth of green building materials industry. Industrial Solid Waste Specialized Committee is a secondary organization of China Green Building Materials Industrial Alliance, with treatment and utilization of industrial solid waste and production of building materials to promote the green industry chain as its core. The committee strives to improve the technology and management level of building materials producted by industry solid waste in china. Most of the committee members have outstanding performance in the process of green ecological construction, and are committed to promoting R&D of green technology, green materials, green equipment and production, promoting green building materials been widely used in construction projects.
Hubei University is a comprehensive university co-constucted by Hubei Province and Ministry of Education. The university adheres to the scientific research and continuous output influential achievements, actively integrate into the national and regional innovation system, actively serve national economic and social development. It has carried out multi level and multi field cooperation with enterprises and scientific research institutions, build more than 30 R&D centers with enterprises. It has signed strategic cooperation agreements with several cities in Hubei Province, to actively carry out school and enterprise cooperation. Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI) has been committed to building a green, low-carbon and circular innovative development model, and an energy saving, environmental protective, high efficient industrial chain for enterprises. We have always adhered to the concept of “technology and science serve the society”, and has carried out many projects including but not limited to,
l）Green ecological industrial solid waste and cement common integrated grinding system.
2）High efficient comprehensive disposal and deep utilization of copper tailings.
3）Silicate material preparation and research of calcium carbonate.
4）Calcium carbonate powder processing technology.
5）New material preparation technology of calcium carbonate, as well as research on development mode of its industry chain.
6）New radiation proofcementitious materials.
7）Industrial solid waste resource recycling.
8）Research on ore material etc.
The independent R&D technology “Recycling of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste” of our institute was selected as an advanced and applicable technology by Ministry of Land and Resources of China. It has been applied in Anyang, Henan Province, Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, and Beihai, Guangxi Province, to built the “Green ecological mineral powder and cement integrated grinding production line”, “Green ecological high efficient and energy saving slag micro powder production line”, and “Green ecological integrated slag and cement integrated grinding production line” etc.
The independent R&D technology “A Multi Use Grinding Mill Green Ecological Powder Common Integrated Grinding Process” has been applied in 24 cement, concrete, iron and steel enterprises in Henan, Hubei, Shandong, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Yunnan provinces etc, with total annual output value reaches 8 billion yuan (RMB). Through technological innovation, management innovation and marketing innovation, effectively alleviate pressures on resources, energy and environment, strengthen innovation driven, promote the supply side structural reform, especially transformation of upgrating, defuse overcapacity and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, achieve innovative, harmonious, green, open and sharing development.
