“Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Plan (2011~2015) ” of China State Council has stressed that: adhere to the innovation driven transformation and development, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, make efforts to enhance the capability of independent innovation, foster the growth of strategic emerging industries, adjust and optimize industrial structure, continuously enhance core competitiveness and sustainable development of industry. Recently, in the Chinese Development Forum, China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology pointed out that “the policy of resolving the overcapacity needs to correction mechanism of the market, with survival of the fittest and fair competition, clear non-competitive capacity, rather than rely on the government's administrative measures.” Thus, Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI) will hold seminar of “A Multi Use Grinding Mill to Defuse Overcapacity and Enhance the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises” at Litang Town, Guangxi on May 13th~14th, 2016. Enterprises in cement, iron and steel, and concrete industry are invited to participate. The core technology with our independent intellectual property rights will be introduced to the participants in the seminar. We will also fully display the industry-university-research achievements, to highlight the innovative, forward-looking, technicality and practicability, to realize deep circulative comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial solid waste. This will help many enterprises to find new development ideas, effectively resolve the overcapacity crisis, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
“A Multi Use Grinding Mill Green Ecological Powder Common Integrated Grinding Process” was recommended as advanced and applicable technology for the conservation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources by Ministry of Land and Resources. It has achieved a major breakthrough in the traditional cement grinding process. The production line can not only prepare mineral slag and steel slag, nickel alloy slag, quartz stone, wollastonite, silicon mud, potassium feldspar, tailings and other major industrial solid waste powder, but also produce various kinds of cement, land resources, human resources, material resources and financial resources of enterprises would reach the multiplier effect.
We will sign agreements with enterprises and jointly initiate the establishment of “Innovative technology strategic alliance of deep circulative comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste”. The signiture of contracts among the enterprises will ensure resource sharing and mutual benefits. After the meeting, participants will visit “A Multi Use Grinding Mill Green Ecological Powder Common Integrated Grinding Process” production demonstration line at Litang town, to learn related innovative ideas, promote the transformation of production, supply side structural reform, as well as transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and actively resolve the overcapacity.
