The Technology of Our Institute Is Selected as An Advanced and Applicable Technology by Ministry of Land and Resources of China
Resource conservation is the basic state policy of China, and the promotion of application of advanced and applicable technologies is the fundamental policy to realize the use of mineral resources. For further implementation of “CPC and China State Council’s Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization”, we will deepen reform of the ecological civilization system, and improve the mechanism of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources, promote scientific and technological innovation in the mining areas, improve the level of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources. Accordance to demands of the documents of No.772 [2015], Ministry of Land and Resources of China continuously develop advanced and applicable technologies (the fourth batch) recommendation and selection work for mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization. It is of great significance to promote the application of advanced technologies, cultivate innovative consciousness of mining enterprises, improve the utilization efficiency of mineral resources, protect the ecological environment and to implement the supply-side reform.
“Recycling of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste” of our institute was selected as an advanced and applicable technology (the fourth batch) by Ministry of Land and Resources of China. According to the present composition structure and physicochemical properties of bulk industrial solid waste, through multistage dry separation technology to effectively extract valuable metals. Based on the principle of the mechanical grinding work decreasing particle surface energy matched with particle properties, and the combination of physical and chemical excitation technology to realize the depth activation of the industrial solid waste powder, which can be applied to building materials, road and bridge engineering and other fields. It has realized the clean and harmless disposal and high value-added depth utilization of industrial solid waste, which has a broad market prospect and huge economic, environmental and social benefits. It can provide technical practice for recycling of bulk industrial solid waste in China. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to further implement the industrial solid wastes recycling technology, promote of industrial technological development and innovation, implement cleaner production and cycle development, and push forward the progress of resources and environmental protection in China.
“Recycling of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste” of our institute has been applied in more than 40 enterprises in 10 provinces in China. It has created good economic, social and environmental benefits, and has made great contributions for economical use of mine resource and protection of ecological environment.
