Completion Equipment Bidding of 10,000 t/d of Fine Aggregate Production Line
The 10,000 t/d of fine aggregate production line of Shandong Zhongrun New Building Materials Co., Ltd is designed by Hubei University Tianshu Industrial Research and Design Institute of New Energy Materials (Tianshu IRDI), and the equipment bidding had been completed in Jun. 16, 2017 in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, China.
The production line adopts the optimal integrated design of mining and processing, making full use of limestone, stone and mine rubbish, through the crushing system, sieving and conveying system, centralized control system, multi-level dedusting system and the container empty room, to produce 10,000 t/dof fine aggregate. The aggregate levels and the mechanism of sand apparent circularity, and continuous grading loosing bulk voidage can reach grade I. The production environment meets the national requirements of energy saving, high yield and low emission.
Once the production line put into use, the following results will be realized:
1) The environmental benefits are obvious: it can make full use of the waste stone and waste rock in mining, to achieve zero discharge, which saves land and reduces secondary pollution;
2) The production cost dropped substantially: owning to mining and processing integrated production, the convey distance of mineral products is shorter, which can reduce convey investment and production costs;
3) The economic benefits are obvious: profit of fine aggregate is nearly 40 RMB/t, according to an annual yield of 2 million 500 thousand tons, the annual profit would be 100 million RMB; Profit of machine-made sand is 60 RMB/t, according to an annual yield of 300 thousand tons, and the annual profit would be 18 million RMB.
4) The social benefits are obvious: the market demand of fine aggregate and sand aggregate is huge, and the products can be used in various types of engineering buildings as well as various grades of concrete.
The 10,000 t/d of fine aggregate production line designed by Tianshu IRDI has been applied in Shandong, Guangxi, Hunan, Gansu and other provinces and cities in China, which benefits for transformation and upgrading of many enterprises in optimizing structure, increasing power and making up of short board.
